Program Monitoring | time: 30 minutes


Each weekly meeting involves a review of your personal goals for the week,
your food journal as well as your weight and body fat percentage. New goals
and adjustments are made based on changes to your body's composition
and metabolism.

  • Weight and body fat percentage taken

  • Weekly food intake and energy levels evaluated

  • Adjustments made based on your CMP test results

  • Foods are adjusted as metabolic efficiency and body composition change

  • Ongoing coaching provided via phone and e-mail

  • Personal fitness and nutrition goals monitored

Consultations are available via phone, e-mail or in-office for your convenience.
