Your first week of food journaling is reviewed. Doing so helps us to see your food intake, energy levels, sleep patterns, digestion, moods and exercise regimen. Your personalized food program, portion control, shopping list, supplement intake and exercise program is presented at this visit.

  • New Metabolism Food Journal provided to track and monitor:  snacks, meals, timeliness, energy levels, sleep patterns, digestion, etc.
